Reservation and cancellation policy
There are 2 ways to guarantee your reservation:
1- You can reserve "online" by providing your credit card information as a guarantee. To do this, you have to click the "book now" button at the top of the page.
2- 50% of the total amount of your reservation can be paid to our checking account at the time of your reservation.
The balance of your stay will be paid at the time of check-in.
Payment methods: cash, dollars, credit and debit cards, electronic deposit.
If you cancel or modify the reservation up to 7 days before the arrival date, the property will not charge you.
If you cancel the reservation after the deadline or do not show up, the establishment will charge 100% of the reservation.
